Customer submits his ad layout either in GIF, TIFF, PNG or JPEG formate |
| b) |
The customer determines the country of publication |
| c) |
The customer determines first and last day of publication |
| d) |
The customer determines in which country his ad should appear |
| e) |
The customer sends an active Link matching his advertisement (Https://) |
| f) |
Customer sends his Ad banner layout for AdsConta for approval |
| g) |
After approval, AdsConta sends his invoice to the customer for immediate payment |
| h) |
After approval, the advertisiment will be embedded into the website incl. Link |
| i) |
Afrer final approval by AdsConta, the ad plus Link will be embedded to website |
| j) |
After receipt of payment, the ad incl. the Link will be online activated |
| NOTICE: |
| Products are booked immediately after receipt and verification of the order. After verification of the order, the customer receives from AdsConta an invoice with immediate payment by direct debit to Adsconta. Customer advertisement is published not later than 24 hours after the amount has been credited to our bank account. |
| PRICE ADJUSTMENT CLAUSE: |
| The parties agree that the agreed price for the services may be adjusted in case of certain circumstances. |
| REASONS FOR ADJUSTMENT: |
| - Rising graphic personnel costs |
| - Changes in legal regulations |
| - Inflation or currency fluctuations |
| - Other economical factors ttat effect the service provider's costs |
